«MaksiPark 7YA» is not just a countryside retreat. It’s a place of power, comfort, and heartfelt warmth, where nature, energy, and coziness merge into one. We are located in the picturesque Kstovsky District of the Nizhny Novgorod Region, just a 45-minute drive from Nizhny Novgorod—yet completely removed from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Our retreat sits in a unique natural spot— at the confluence of three rivers: the Volga, Kudma, and Shava. Such places are believed to hold special energy. Here, you truly feel connected to nature, breathe easily, and find yourself pausing to take it all in, thinking: «This is what real relaxation feels like».

For our guests, we offer cozy family houses and rooms, fully equipped for comfortable stays year-round. In summer—fresh air, bike rides, and outdoor games; in winter—warmth, tranquility, and the snug embrace of nature.
